AML Advocates was founded on a straightforward conviction: that clients deserve legal advice which is rigorous, commercially literate and delivered without unnecessary complexity.
Built deliberately, not incrementally
AML Advocates was established in Nairobi to serve organisations that had grown frustrated with the trade-off between large-firm rigour and small-firm responsiveness. Clients wanted both, and saw no reason to accept less.
The firm was designed around that expectation. Matters are led by the advocate you instruct, supported by modern practice systems that keep documents, deadlines and communication under disciplined control. Work product is reviewed against the standards of international commercial practice, and cost is agreed before it is incurred.
Today the firm advises banks, insurers, technology companies, developers, institutions and private clients across Kenya, spanning employment and corporate advisory, litigation, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
