A straightforward process

- 1. Email your CV, academic transcripts and a one-page cover letter identifying the track you are applying for.
- 2. Shortlisted candidates complete a short written exercise relevant to our practice.
- 3. A conversation with the Principal Advocate about your interests and how you work.
- 4. An offer, with a clear development plan for your first six months.
